The contact form uses an essential security cookie to help prevent requests being submitted from another website without your knowledge. Cloudflare may also use essential cookies when its security protections or challenges are applied. These cookies support security rather than advertising.
If you choose Light or Dark appearance, your browser stores only that choice locally so it can be remembered when you return. System uses your device's appearance setting. This preference is not sent to us and does not track your activity. You can reset it by choosing System or clearing your browser's website data.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the contact form or a security challenge from working.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, security, and hosted email. They process information needed to provide those services, including technical requests and enquiry messages. Cloudflare is our content delivery and website security provider. Cloudflare also forwards messages sent to our domain email addresses to our email provider.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the security of the website, investigate abuse, or protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. For enquiry correspondence, we consider whether the discussion is ongoing, whether follow-up is needed, and whether there is a relevant business or legal record to preserve. For technical logs, we consider troubleshooting and security needs.
Retention can also depend on legal obligations, disputes, and the operation of service-provider backups. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed. You can ask us about retention of your information or request deletion.
Security
We use HTTPS to protect information sent between your browser and the website and apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email system, or method of storage can guarantee complete security.
